The label DR Music was founded in 1997 by Yoon Deung-ryeong. Currently it manages the girl group Rania. Formerly it managed the girl groups
Baby V.O.X and Baby Vox Re.V. and the singer Zhang Liyin.

Since end of 2018 there are rumors that DR Music went bankrupt, which was also fueled by social media post of Ttabo implying that she left the group.
