Coridel Entertainment was founded in 2015 by Tyler Kwon as a subsidiary of the Coridel Group which is based in New York City, New York. In the same year it merged with the K-Pop record label Clear Company. Coridel Entertainment manages K-Pop solo stars and groups as well as actors.
Soloist Jessica Jung which split from Girls' Generation in 2014 and left her former agency SM Entertainment in 2015 signed with Coridel Entertainment on February 28, 2016. Since then she released three extended plays with Coridel.
